Job Description
As part of PTW Japan, we are looking for professionals who can provide excellent social media management. If you have a deep passion for social media platforms and want to use your experience to further your skill set, we'd love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate we are looking for should have excellent communication skills, be a bridge between studios and players, and effectively manage and monitor conversations taking place across multiple platforms and channels.

Salary per hour: 2,000 - 2,500 JPY per hour
Responsibilities
- Managing, monitoring, researching, and reporting on multiple digital communities across major and emerging social media channels and platforms.
- Monitor, research, and report on social media feedback, channel status, and industry trends.
- Create new PowerPoint slides for client reports and presentations.
- Liaise with local teams (clients and relevant departments within the company) and update slides.
- Research and reflection on any topic that is being discussed on social media, picking up trending posts, identifying the cause of a case that is flaming online, etc.
Qualifications
- Native Japanese (Researching Japanese SNS)
- Business level English (no difficulty in writing reports)
- At least 1 year of experience as a social media manager.
- Social listening
- Experience working in the gaming community and platform, or related volunteering/hobby experience (as much as professional experience).
- Ability to identify and track analytics and metrics for relevant communities/channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in social media management for brands.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- If you have a passion for social platforms, that's a plus.
Work Duration
- 40 hours per week
- About 4 months (until the end of December 2024)
